Typographic

This is my typographic portrait. It is not meant to be anybody in peticular, this was just made by my imagination and own creation. This person is very angry, as you may be able to tell. I used the spiral - line tool to make the hair, and used the type on line tool using my name. For the eyes, I used the vertical type tool and put two capital D's. For the nose, I used a V and the mouth is made up of uppercase T's.

Anti Smoking Poster

This is my anti smoking poster. The character is from the famous TV show called South Park and his name is Mr. Mackey. I thought this would attract many teens that have started smoking and hopefully get them to quit, many teens will notice my poster just because of the character. I also think the simplicity of the poster is a bonus because if you are driving/waking by, it won't take forever to read and it gets the message across.

T Shirt

I chose to design a computer with the words "think outside the box" on the moniter because I think it will help the students be more creative and have more original ideas. A lot of kids these days enjoy using the computer aswell for the internet, games, music, etc. so I thought it was a good idea to use a design that would be popular with the kids.

Callum Album Covers

Flaming College is an old metal band making a comeback. "Having new eyes" is the direction they wanted to go with the album, and not making the same mistakes they have in the past. It is a group of 4 men, Larry the vocalist, Tyrome the guitarist, Bob the bassist, and Adam the drummer. I like the way Flaming College is on the guys forehead in the picture. It looks like he is bleeding which is a really good look for a metal band.

Carbonera is a well known trance artist from Sweeden. He is 23 years old and is currently living in the United States. The panda represents luck which Carbonera has based his career on. I think the red text goes really well with the backround as it stands out but doesn't take any attention off the panda.

Callum's Drawings

Here is my strawberry that I drew using the pencil tool. The hardest part was the trying to do the leafs, they were very tricky and required precise timing and accuracy to do. After that it was pretty basic, I just traced the outline and then made 1 seed and copied and pasted the rest into there correct spots.

Here is my freehand strawberry. When I first drew it my edges were pretty rough so I used the brushes tool and bolded it out to look a bit more smooth. Again, I made 1 seed using the paintbrush tool and then copied and pasted the rest into there spots.
